Scheduling Policy
Effective as of December 16, 2016, Adeptec, Inc., and its subsidiaries, (collectively, “Adeptec” or “we” or “us” or “our”) have published our Scheduling Policy (“Policy”).
1. Introduction
This Policy describes Adeptec’s standards and practices with regard to the scheduling of services (“Services”). (as herein defined).
2. Modification.
If there are any changes to the Policy, we will notify you by posting the new policy on this page of our website, and by sending the new policy to the email address you have provided to us.
3. Acceptance.
When you purchase our Services, you must accept and agree to be bound by the terms of Adeptec’s Master Services Agreement, Payment & Pricing Policy, and Scheduling Policy.
4. Changes and Cancellations.
We understand that changes and cancellations of scheduled Services are sometimes inevitable. However, abrupt changes to our schedule can negatively impact our business.
Therefore, we must apply some restrictions to changes and cancellations of Scheduled Services.
Reschedule
All changes to scheduled Services must be received fourteen (14) calendar days before a scheduled appointment. A change of date notice received less than fourteen (14) calendar days will be treated as a cancellation and regular cancellation fees apply.
A handling fee of $50 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
All requests for cancellation of Scheduled Services will be granted if the cancellation request is received fourteen (14) calendar days before a scheduled date.
Adeptec will refund the remaining balance in the same form that payment was received.
